In-Depth History Review: We delve into your training and injury past to understand the unique challenges you face.
Comprehensive Movement Assessment: We identify the root causes of your pain and limitations.
Gait Analysis: We analyze your running mechanics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
TrainingPeaks App Onboarding: At the session's close, you'll be onboarded to the TrainingPeaks app, where your personalized rehab plan starts. This tool is key for tracking your journey and tweaking your program as needed.

This initial evaluation sets you up for success, but it’s just the beginning.

Step 2: Follow-Up sessions - Rehab and Training Program

Recovery often falters due to lack of compliance, accountability, and progression. Here’s how we ensure your rehab is effective and continuous:
Customized Rehab Exercises: You’ll receive targeted routines designed to address your specific needs and accelerate recovery.
Progressive Return-to-Activity Plan: A step-by-step approach to safely reintegrate running or cycling into your life, with monthly adjustments to match your progress.
Ongoing Support and Adjustments: Regular updates and modifications through TrainingPeaks keep your rehab dynamic and responsive to your recovery.
Flexible Check-ins: Choose the number of check-ins that suits your needs. Need more support? You got it. This is not a one-size-fits-all program.  

Our goal is not just to get you back to 80%, but to 100%. Through a structured monthly coaching relationship, we provide the ongoing support, accountability, and motivation needed to fully restore your running capabilities.
